Ontological Argument

The theoretical seminar "Philosophical and Theological Explications of the 'Ontological Argument' in the History of European Thought" (58-60 Galernaya Street).

The theoretical seminar will present a specific metaphysical problem in its analysis from medieval sources, within the framework of the interpretation of Anselm of Canterbury to Russian religious philosophy and modern concepts of analytic philosophy. Such a detailed study is expected to reveal the holistic perspective of development and the specifics of the explication of the proof of God’s existence. Such strategies of lively discussion are of fundamental importance for the development of methodologies in the humanities and historical-philosophical knowledge.
