Oksana Dergach

An interdisciplinary approach is the main advantage of studying at the Faculty. I am happy that was able to acquire the necessary knowledge in the field of economics, which was useful to me in my future studies and profession. This knowledge helped me to enter the Economics Faculty of SPbU and later post-graduate studies, find work, and change the sphere of my activities, in regard to my career path, following the principle of "do what interests you and what you care about."

It is very important to understand that any knowledge and experience can be applied in a job, and the breadth of knowledge is always your unrivalled advantage! I am most thankful to the program for the combination of what is useful and interesting, for the possibility to choose and a liberal approach, for the possibility to do what I like, and the opportunity to explore what is exciting. This is done by the fusing of what appears to be completely different subject areas.
