The Art of Moving Images in the Contemporary Curatorial Project
6 credits
2nd year of study
Fall semester
The art of the "moving image" and the growing interest of the modern curatorial project in connection with video art is due to the general 'space revolution' and is based on the idea that any context is dynamic and influences the perception. The course is dedicated to the exhibition processes of video and media art which is understood as an adaptation of moving images and moving viewers. Several historical and modern videos are used as examples in the course to demonstrate how the decor of a play influences the viewers' perception.
