When I got to the faculty, I did not yet know what I wanted to be, but as a result I received universal knowledge and skills that helped me in my work in various places. The faculty and its fascinating professors taught me flexible thinking, the ability to find an approach to solving any problem, so now I am not afraid of various tasks. I wrote texts, translated, I worked as an account manager, I was in sales, advertising, I worked in education — and I was able to cope with all this thanks to my diverse education.
The world is changing rapidly, so it is important to think critically and to be conversant in several fields of studies, rather than study only one area, which the next day may become irrelevant or disappear altogether. This is what the faculty is good for — an interdisciplinary approach is important here, there are courses in completely different subjects — from computer science to literature.
Thanks to the faculty, I first visited the United States and studied there for free being a student of an exchange program. I also managed to enter a fully funded master’s program at Oxford University. Our faculty gave me the future that I have now. And, of course, the Faculty is wonderful people. Faculty graduates can be found all over the world. Over the years, we stay in touch as friends and continue to wonder what different areas we all in.
I would like to say special thanks to the professors of the faculty — for their incredible knowledge, kind attitude, the ability to find an approach to any student, to give feedback and to care — to convey all the mistakes and not to discourage the desire to further growth and development. And I am grateful for the wisdom and warmth that always distinguished our Faculty.
